    Kendra is a dedicated and energetic physiotherapist who sees movement as a foundation for recovery, resilience, and confidence. At Reactivate, she takes a collaborative and personalized approach to rehabilitation—blending education, strength-based training, and patient-centred care to help individuals return to the activities they love.

    With a lifelong background in sport—including gymnastics, competitive climbing, Spartan racing, and trail running—Kendra brings a deep understanding of athletic performance and injury recovery. She leads a weekly running strength class in Huntsville and is passionate about empowering people of all backgrounds to move with strength and purpose.

    She believes in helping people take ownership of their health through movement, encouraging them to stay active, connected, and confident in their bodies—both in the clinic and in their communities. Kendra is excited to be contributing to the outdoor fitness park in Huntsville to help make exercise more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

    David Lamy

    David became a Registered Massage Therapist in 1999 and started teaching fitness at the same time.  Combining his training in massage and certifications in: Personal Training, Spinning, TRX, Total Gym, and Pilates, have given him a diverse toolbox of exercises and activities to create fun, challenging and responsible fitness opportunities.

    A fitness enthusiast, David has been competing in 1/2 and full marathons and Ironman triathlons and other sports for many years.  The only thing he enjoys more than competing is encouraging others to join in and train with him to achieve some fitness goals.

    He is excited work with the MSCLE project and MOVE parks as he firmly believes that fitness for health should be made available to anybody and is happy to help make that a reality.

    Luke is a passionate educator with the Trillium Lakelands District School Board, where he has spent the past two decades championing the importance of physical and mental well-being in the classroom and beyond.

    As a Physical Education Specialist, Luke is deeply committed to improving his students’ physical literacy, fostering healthy habits, and inspiring a lifelong love of movement. His work extends far beyond school walls—Luke is a strong advocate for community fitness and is especially passionate about getting youth active and engaged in healthy lifestyles.

    He sees the MSCLE project and MOVE Outdoor Fitness parks as exciting and natural extensions of his mission to empower the next generation to thrive physically, mentally, and socially.

    Christina Nadalin

    Christina Nadalin is a content creator who uses her artistic vision to bring back the human touch, and produce emotion driven content. When she's not creating, she is an avid multisport athlete that has competed on the World & National stage in Waterskiing, Rugby & Ringette. Her dedication to watersports recently transitioned her from a cottager on Bella lake - to a full time Huntsville local. Whenever she gets the opportunity to combine her passion for athletics with her creative abilities - it allows her to fire on all cylinders. 

    Christina is a vocal mental health advocate that believes fitness plays a crucial role in our mental well-being. She uses her platform and ability to create content, to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle - both mentally and physically. Being able to give back to her community in a way that eliminates barriers, and promotes an inclusive environment is a very special opportunity. She looks forward to creating dynamic visuals that make a difference, and inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle.

Thank you so much to the Town of Huntsville for generously donating land for the MOVE Fitness Park in 2025, and will continue to maintain the equipment at Avery Beach to further provide opportunities in our ongoing efforts for Huntsville to engage in healthy, active living for years to come.
