Katie is especially passionate about promoting community fitness and inspiring people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. Whether recovering from injury or simply striving to feel stronger and more capable, Katie provides personalized care rooted in empathy, education, and encouragement.

Luke is a passionate educator with the Trillium Lakelands District School Board, where he has spent the past two decades championing the importance of physical and mental well-being in the classroom and beyond.
As a Physical Education Specialist, Luke is deeply committed to improving his students’ physical literacy, fostering healthy habits, and inspiring a lifelong love of movement. His work extends far beyond school walls—Luke is a strong advocate for community fitness and is especially passionate about getting youth active and engaged in healthy lifestyles.
He sees the MSCLE project and MOVE Outdoor Fitness parks as exciting and natural extensions of his mission to empower the next generation to thrive physically, mentally, and socially.

Christina Nadalin is a content creator who uses her artistic vision to bring back the human touch, and produce emotion driven content. When she's not creating, she is an avid multisport athlete that has competed on the World & National stage in Waterskiing, Rugby & Ringette. Her dedication to watersports recently transitioned her from a cottager on Bella lake - to a full time Huntsville local. Whenever she gets the opportunity to combine her passion for athletics with her creative abilities - it allows her to fire on all cylinders.
