Move. Because you can and your body deserves it.

Exercise is the single most impactful thing you can do for you to maintain your functional independence throughout your life. And, there shouldn’t be barriers that you need to navigate around to be able to find places to exercise, and have simple yet impactful workouts available to you.

Regardless of how fit you are. Regardless of how old you are. Regardless of what your financial situation is. Irrespective of your physical ability. Everyone deserves the knowledge and the equipment to exercise and live their best lives.

That is why we have created the MSCLE (Movement for Strength, Conditioning, and active Lifestyles for Everyone), Project and installed the MOVE Fitness Parks (Motivation, Opportunity, Vitality, Everyone) for you.

We hope you see the value in this project and these parks, and we hope you use the equipment and the workout programming to help you live a stronger, more vibrant, and healthier life.

About the MOVE Fitness Parks and the MUSCLE Project

In 2016, the MUSCLE Project was founded by the TriMuskoka Triathlon Club as a community give-back project to encourage the adoption and engagement in active and healthy lifestyles by everyone who lives and visits Huntsville.

The founding principle of the MUSCLE Project, which stands for “Movement for Universal Strength, Conditioning, and active Lifestyles for Everyone”, is that we fundamentally believe that everyone who resides, or visits our community should have equal opportunity to engage in physical fitness through active play and structured exercise programming in their pursuit of active and healthy lifestyles.

This community-based project will design and install centrally located, publicly accessible network of fitness, exercise, and sports parks such that they are inclusive for all ages, fitness levels, physical abilities, regardless of primary place of residence and socioeconomic status.

“There is nothing impossible to
anyone who will try.”
