About the MOVE Fitness Parks and the MUSCLE Project
In 2016, the MUSCLE Project was founded by the TriMuskoka Triathlon Club as a community give-back project to encourage the adoption and engagement in active and healthy lifestyles by everyone who lives and visits Huntsville.
The founding principle of the MUSCLE Project, which stands for “Movement for Universal Strength, Conditioning, and active Lifestyles for Everyone”, is that we fundamentally believe that everyone who resides, or visits our community should have equal opportunity to engage in physical fitness through active play and structured exercise programming in their pursuit of active and healthy lifestyles.
This community-based project will design and install centrally located, publicly accessible network of fitness, exercise, and sports parks such that they are inclusive for all ages, fitness levels, physical abilities, regardless of primary place of residence and socioeconomic status.

“There is nothing impossible to
anyone who will try.”
— Alexander the Great
